Here are some tips to helping you to have a good healthy when you are diet, like doing well and feeling good.Eat a variety of foods with complex carbohydrates, lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables. Also eat more ‘healthy’ foods, like whole-grains, low fat dairy, fish, chicken, fresh fruit, veggies, nuts, and olive oils.
The more important thing to eat less ‘Not-So-Healthy’ foods, like butter (even I like to cook with my chicken and pork steak), cookies (Ohh, it’s not easy to stop eating them when I watching favorites TV shows), white processed breads, beef, pork, fried foods, for optimal safe weight loss.5+ servings of fresh fruits and vegetables per day, low in calories and fat, full of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Balance the portions you eat with your physical activity to maintain or lose weight. And small frequents meals through the day, boosts metabolism and prevents overeating.
All foods in moderation, why?
Improves concentration and energy levels, provides nutrients to maintain supple skin, strong nails and shiny hair.
Promotes optimal health, long life and disease prevention.
